Matching Photos

• Create 3 dimensional models to match photos or match a 3 dimensional model to a photo's context.

Tool Operation
Matching photos is achieved through a series of steps to calibrate SketchUp's camera to the same position and focal length of the camera used to take the photo. The core steps are the same regardless of whether you are creating a model to match a photo an existing model to a photo, these steps are:

1. Position origin on the photo.
2. Adjust axes bars to perspective of photo.
3. Scale grid/model or draw.
